Our Blended Paediatric First Aid course at Leisure Security Training Organisation provides the ideal mix of adaptability and usefulness for individuals looking after infants and kids. What you will learn
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of a paediatric first aider
- Complete a primary survey for infants and children
- Deliver CPR for babies, children, and adults
- Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely
- Recognise and treat (Asthma & anaphylaxis including EpiPen use, Seizures & febrile convulsions, Shock, diabetes and meningitis, Head, neck and spinal injuries)
- Provide first aid for bleeding, burns, fractures, sprains, and dislocations
- Manage choking in infants and children
- Deal with minor injuries, eye injuries, and poisoning
